Anthony Davis' Kentucky Wildcats defeated Thomas Robinson's Kansas Jayhawks in the championship game of the NCAA Tournament this spring, and he's also expected to come out on top on Thursday night at the NBA Draft. Davis is the consensus best player available for Thursday, and the power forward going first overall to the New Orleans Hornets is such a slam dunk that the oddsmakers at Bovada don't have him on their NBA Draft props board. However, after Davis is selected there will be plenty of intrigue as the draft unfolds.

Robinson set for Bobcats with the second selection?
The Charlotte Bobcats won a league-low seven games last season, but they lost the draft lottery to the Hornets so instead of getting a franchise cornerstone in Davis they're going to have to settle for the next-best prospect on Thursday night. That player could be Kansas power forward Robinson, a college standout who would be a welcome addition to the Bobcats – or any team that decided to trade up. On the NBA Draft odds at Bovada you can get -250 odds on Robinson being taken second, with +170 odds on 'Any Other Player'.
Robinson averaged 17.7 points and 11.9 rebounds per game for the Jayhawks last season, and then picked up 18 points and 17 rebounds in Kansas' loss to Kentucky in the March Madness title game. Davis scored just six points that night but had 16 boards in the win.
Beal, Kidd-Gilchrist, Barnes high on the draft board
The Washington Wizards have the third overall pick in this year's NBA Draft, and shooting guard Bradley Beal from Florida is rumoured to be their target with the selection. On the NBA Draft props at Bovada you can get -250 odds on Beal being the third pick of the night, with 'Any Other Player' again at +170. The freshman put up 14.8 points and 6.7 rebounds per game for the Gators this past season and could be in line to next play with John Wall.
The Cleveland Cavaliers then pick fourth on Thursday night, and the NBA Draft props at Bovada have North Carolina small forward Harrison Barnes at +130, Kentucky small forward Michael Kidd-Gilchrist at -150, and 'Any Other Player' at +200 for that spot. Kidd-Gilchrist was a member of the Final Four all-tournament team this year, and he scored 11 points for the Wildcats in the title game after averaging 11.9 points for them last season.
Davis, Kidd-Gilchrist lead deep Kentucky pool at draft
Davis and Kidd-Gilchrist are the top two Kentucky players for the NBA Draft this year, but a total of six Wildcats are projected to be selected at some point over the two rounds – power forward Terrence Jones, shooting guard Doron Lamb, point guard Marquis Teague, and shooting guard Darius Miller are all pegged to go in the bottom half of the first round or top half of the second round. The OVER/UNDER for Kentucky players drafted in the first round Thursday has been pegged at 4.5, with Jones' draft position OVER/UNDER at 17.5.
Ohio State power forward Jared Sullinger also has an OVER/UNDER of 17.5 for his draft position for Thursday, with Baylor's Perry Jones III at 14.5, Syracuse's Fab Melo at 22.5, and Duke's Austin Rivers at 10.5. As well, you can get -300 odds on Michigan State small forward Draymond Green being selected in the first round of the draft on Thursday night; the former Spartan is projected to go in the late 20s on the night by draft experts.
